We needed to employ a contractor to carry out the refurbishment of a newly acquired office and warehouse facility and convert it into offices. The specification called for new toilets, wall cladding, external roof cladding, ceilings, partitions, air-conditioning and heating, a complete electrical, fire alarm and intruder alarm installation and a new data Installation.

Mannpower were the successful contractor after they impressed us initially with their quote and also with the feedback they gave with regards to the design of the project.

The project was completed on time, within budget and without any problems. Mannpower even carried out some works that were outside of their original scope without increasing the length of the contract or the agreed price.

Parkwood Project Management employed Mannpower Electrical to renew the pool hall lighting at Breckland Leisure Centre. This included replacing 62 flood lights and 13 bulkheads. Mannpower estimated that they would complete the project in four days, but managed to handover on the morning of day four.

Mannpower worked very safely and efficiently using high-level access equipment and were accommodating to others on site. I would highly recommend Mannpower for future lighting projects.
