All domestic work including, full or partial rewires, additional socket outlets and all types of lighting. We can design and install new build installations and extensions including satisfying local Building regulation requirements. We carry out Domestic Electrical Testing and Inspection and as well as being NICEIC approved we are Part P registered giving us the ability to notify the local authorities when Electrical Works are carried out keeping the householder in line with current legislation. We also carry out Electrical Inspection and testing for Estate Agents during the house buying process giving the potential purchaser an insight into the condition of the electrical installation of the dwelling and subsequently the possibility of reducing the purchase price to cover the cost of any Electrical works that are required to bring it in line with current regulations and standards.
